Responsibilities
Field Strategy Development and Execution
Set clear performance targets, KPIs, and action plans for the field team, aligning with the company’s broader business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Lead a high-performing field team, providing guidance and support to enhance skills and productivity.
Conduct regular team reviews and one-on-one meetings to ensure progress on targets and address any challenges.
Foster a positive, collaborative environment to motivate and retain top talent.
Monitor key performance metrics like sales revenue, customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making, optimize field strategies, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Implement improvement plans based on performance data to maximize team effectiveness.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, using insights to enhance service quality and customer experience.
Allocate territories, optimize routes, and assign resources with the agency to ensure efficient coverage and effective use of team time.
Develop territory management plans, balancing workload and maximizing high-potential areas.
Ensure the field team has the necessary tools, technology, and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
Manage and control field force budgets, balancing cost efficiency with high-performance standards.
Prioritize resource allocation based on market potential and team requirements, optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
Review expenses regularly and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
