Required
10+ years of experience in corporate enterprise and/or agency event and conference management SaaS experience a plus
Experience managing and executing a broad range or enterprise-level Field marketing events and programs
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including executive presence
Strong project management skills, ability to be on track for simultaneous events of evolving scales and timelines
Strong analytical and quantitative skills – strong problem solver who can analyze data and define solutions
Metrics-driven, experience having pipeline building responsibility a plus
Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
Proven ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with and/or the desire to learn new productivity and collaboration tools to track and communicate all details of events
Ability to travel as needed, including some occasional evenings and weekends
Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, and Excel
Working knowledge of Splash registration management system
Preferred
Salesforce CRM is not mandatory but is a plus
