Responsibilities
In partnership with regional support teams and franchisees, develop individual and local marketing campaigns.
Educate and develop objectives and KPIs marketing can support for local and regional campaigns.
Act as a liaison between EWC franchisees and agency partners for local marketing plans.
Nurture relationships with franchisees to build brand opportunities.
Review and share monthly performance reports on campaigns.
Provide data-driven recommendations for performance, new strategies, and guest acquisition.
Keep up to date on relevant topics and recognize trends for revenue growth.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.
4-6 years of experience in marketing/advertising.
Franchise Business Experience.
