Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of event marketing plan, programming and related initiatives
Coupon development and management for consumers
Manage relationships with vendors and partners
Manage all details of program execution including scheduling, logistics, booth and sampling plans and staffing.
Order samples and manage inventory
Promotion of events
Identify new and creative ways for Grandy to “show up” and engage with a handshake with the consumer
Identify and execute guerilla marketing opportunities
Work hand and hand with Grandy Organic’s Social Media and Content Manager
Product and brand specialist who can field and engage in all consumer questions with warmth and accuracy
Merchandise management: Identify needs, creative merch ideas, design and order to support events, staffing, employee and sales giveaways
Content creation support: Responsible for fun, engaging content taken at all key events to promote both the events and our brand, in alignment with brand standards
Back up for community management on social
Build, launch and manage Grandy’s Ambassador program leveraging and activating micro, superfan and F&F performance-based marketing channel
Attract and retain ambassadors
Build and implement ongoing communication strategy across private social and dedicated emails
Community management of private group
Manage product shipment to ambassadors and their content creation
Collaborate on setting goals and showcasing appropriate content (with DMM)
Budget management: Contribute to annual budget planning, monthly reconciliation and rebudgeting as needed
Set KPIs and manage ROI and analytics to track success of all events, ambassador programming and define success

Required
1-2 years of field marketing experience, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Creative thinking.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
Proactive and detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Excellent organization, time management and project management skills.
Familiar with standard marketing concepts, best practices and procedures.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to self-direct projects.
Creative thinker and adept at bringing creative visions to life.
Remote, New England with eagerness and ability to travel extensively (50% of year).
Will be provided a company vehicle for events; Will need to keep vehicle in good order.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
