Responsibilities

Provide leadership to all employees, projects, and programs within the Regional Manager team.
Ensure Regional Manager team is engaged and energized; ensure Regional Managers are trained on all company procedures promptly & effectively.
Serve as a resource to Regional Managers, O&P Providers, MD’s, therapists, patients, and other clinicians.
Establish and maintain standards of practice for Regional Managers to ensure performance standards are met.
Provide field training and observation on an ongoing basis.
Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and in-person or virtual lectures for Regional Managers & orthotic and prosthetic practitioners.
Provide guidance on clinical techniques, patient assessment, and the use of Myomo orthotic products.
Demonstrate knowledge and serves as a clinical expert of Myomo product line.
Create and develop continual periodic training plan for existing Regional Manager staff.
Assess the clinical competence of Regional Managers through practical evaluations and written assessments.
Provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement in clinical skills.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in orthotics and myoelectric prosthetics.
Integrate technological advancements into operations & training programs to ensure practitioners are familiar with the latest tools and devices.
Work collaboratively with cross functional team members, healthcare institutions, academic partners, and industry partners to enhance training opportunities.
Foster partnerships to facilitate access to cutting-edge resources and expertise.
Provide clinical expertise with clinicians, engineering, product development and quality to improve Myomo's products.
Build and sustain credible business relationships with Myomo clients, therapists, patients, and physicians, and share product expertise accordingly.
Identify, report, and advise of customer needs, product performance and potential sales opportunities to influence product improvement, service of accounts, and growth.
Facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for orthotic and prosthetic practitioners.
Encourage and train Regional Managers on emerging technologies and tools that can assist with efficiency gains, maintaining industry standards and best practices.
Stay up to date on orthotic & prosthetic licensure requirements for licensure states.
Maintain records of training sessions, assessments, and participant feedback in a timely manner.
Prepare reports on the Field Operations metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
Maintain CRM and patient documentation in a timely manner.
Implement, practice, and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of care for Myomo products.
Provide support and guidance in addressing any identified areas for improvement.
Identify, report, and advise of customer needs, product performance and potential sales opportunities to influence product improvement, service of accounts, and sales growth.
Assist and support with various Field Operations & clinical duties as needed.
Attend and participate in industry conferences and meetings as needed.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's Degree in O&P may be an advantage.
Must have orthotic or prosthetic certification/licensure.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective, lasting relationships with O&P partners, therapists, and clients.
Must be well organized, self-motivated and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to quickly master technology.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills, including intermediate or advanced skills with some software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Effective communication, problem solving, and ability to adapt to a changing environment with ease.
Individual must act in a professional manner with all internal and external interactions.
Exhibit dedication to teamwork and commitment to clinical excellence.
Ability to travel within assigned territory (within US), with overnight stays as needed.
Some travel for periodic management meetings may be required.

Preferred

Preferred experience with myoelectric upper extremity prosthetics and/or upper extremity orthotics.
Experience in sales or clinical education within a healthcare environment is a plus.
