Responsibilities
Responsible for finding and engaging with new clients through referrals, networking and other creative avenues.
Provide a high level of professionalism and a warm experience to all clients and potential leads.
Confer and assist in client-related issues as needed to maintain phenomenal client relations.
Obtain and utilize territory information regarding market intelligence and penetration.
Accurately document all pertinent information into our internal client management system.
Attend sales meetings and training as required.
You must meet and maintain sales targets and quotas on a weekly basis.

Required
Must have a public adjusting license
Must have at least 2 years of proven and quantifiable sales experience
Open to flexibility- you must be available to work some Sundays and some holidays as needed, as well as open to traveling outside of your region
Must be self-disciplined and independent, but also an agreeable team player
Have a proven ability to adapt to many changes in a very fast-paced environment
Maintain urgency and professionalism to resolve complex client issues or concerns
