Responsibilities
Generate revenue and meet sales/meetings/growth targets.
Develop qualified leads (prospect) in your assigned vertical and/or territory through lead generation campaigns and cold calling.
Research and build lists of key sales targets.
Work with referral partners to build lists of qualified leads and close sales.
Increase sales in existing accounts through continued expansion within the club, high school, or college (to other coaches or other sports).
Utilize prospect data to identify new trends and opportunities.
Manage your accounts and sales funnel, with hyper focus on getting sales across the finish line and building amazing relationships with those clients.
Work closely with Matt Phillips to identify opportunities for growth in and outside of our flagship program (e.g., live events, speeches, etc.)
Travel to industry events around the United States, as needed, to continue to expand relationships and prospects.
Utilize CRM to manage accounts and sales funnel.

Required
2+ years' sales experience (preferably in sporting goods, fundraising, or other products that sports clubs and athletic directors purchase) OR coaching/sports-related background.
Bachelor's Degree
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and our CRM.
Must possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate with external and internal customers.
