Field Sales Representative - Pacific North West

Responsibilities
Build strong partnerships with distributors, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to sell Drink Weird products.
Conduct regular trainings, product knowledge sessions, and ride-alongs with distributor reps to strengthen brand knowledge and selling skills.
Act as the primary point of contact for distributor questions and support.
Identify and prioritize target accounts with the highest potential for profitability and high sales velocities, working closely with the distributor to focus efforts on key locations.
Strategically assess account performance and develop action plans to increase product penetration and brand presence in these high-potential accounts.
Establish and maintain relationships with key retail accounts within the Portland and PNW region.
Conduct in-store visits to support and educate retailers on Drink Weird products and merchandising standards.
Provide direct selling support to retailers to increase product visibility, assist with product rotation, and ensure that Drink Weird is well-represented on shelves.
Implement Drink Weird’s merchandising guidelines and ensure product displays are well-placed, eye-catching, and fully stocked.
Develop and execute in-store promotions and sampling events to engage consumers and drive sales.
Create and execute a territory sales plan to achieve regional sales goals, working closely with the sales team and distributors.
Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales and marketing teams on store conditions, competitive activity, and overall brand performance in the field.
Contribute to the development of sales tools and strategies by sharing market insights and consumer feedback.
Be the face of Drink Weird in the field, embodying the brand’s personality and values in all interactions.
Represent Drink Weird at regional trade shows, events, and brand activations, building awareness and excitement around the brand.
Flexibly handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure brand success.

Required
2+ years of experience in a field sales role, ideally within the beverage, food, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Strong understanding of distributor management, retail sales processes, and account profitability assessment.
Knowledge of Portland and Pacific Northwest geography to maximize field efficiency.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel within the assigned territory 4-5 days a week.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
