Responsibilities
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation of new customer systems, providing preventative maintenance (PM) and Calibrations (NIST and ISO17025) at our customer sites, and be able to analyze, identify and resolve product issues at the customer site.
Working closely with the Head of Global Service and the Sales / Service Administrator you will be fluent in parts ordering processes and completing comprehensive service reports.
In addition to reactive services, the FSE will provide guidance to customers on the correct Priority Service Agreements that may be applicable to their specific requirements.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Experience handling multiple caseloads and proficient in customer support ticketing systems
Must be self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
Detail orientated with a focus on customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot specifically)
US Citizenship Required for this position (ITAR Requirements)
Travel up to 75% of the time
Preferred
Experience with support tools and cloud applications a plus
Working knowledge in refrigeration, electronics, thermal measurements, RS-232/IEEE communications and mechanical engineering strongly preferred
EPA 608 Certification a major plus
Candidates to reside within the East Coast area from Maine to Florida
