Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products/equipment including alarms, naval munitions, giant voice, cameras, intrusion detection, emergency operation centers, regional dispatch centers, wide area alert, dispatch activities, and support for regional and emergency operation centers.

Train employees, identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts.

Be relied upon to determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customers' needs.

Required

An active DoD Secret level clearance

A high-school diploma/GED

3 years+ years' experience in the field (or Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience in the field)

Residence in Jacksonville, FL area with the ability to travel to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba 50% of the time

A United States passport

Qualified candidate should have experience with access gates and associated hardware, software, systems and manufacturers including one of the following: Federal Signal, CCTV, FLIR, Lenel, Balanced Magnetic Switch, Card Readers, Access Control Logic, AMX
