Responsibilities

Partners with sales and clinical education field teams to deliver high-value business solutions.

Performs installation, maintenance, repair, and modification of ASP systems within assigned territory.

Handles compliance and documentation requirements of primary territory.

Works with leadership, customers, and scheduling personnel to schedule all work required for products serviced by the Company's technical service division.

Runs personal inventory and completes required audits to support it.

Required

High school or equivalent plus 3 years related experience, including at least 1-year technical troubleshooting experience and 1 year customer service experience. Or 2 years post-secondary technical education plus 1 year customer service experience.

Preferred post-secondary degree or certification in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical or related field.

Preferred experience either in a field service environment, in biomedical support in a hospital environment, or in a related industry such as medical devices.

Excellent mechanical troubleshooting, problem-solving and technical learning skills with preferred knowledge in Computer Networking, Electronics & Electrical basics.

Demonstrated ability to autonomously prioritize schedule and flexibly handle shifting priorities with the ability to travel to hospital/surgery center environments locally, regionally, and nationally up to 50%.

Valid driver's license and a driving record compliant with Company policy.

Preferred

Preferred post-secondary degree or certification in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical or related field.

Preferred experience either in a field service environment, in biomedical support in a hospital environment, or in a related industry such as medical devices.
