Responsibilities
Provide customers with maintenance, repair, and installation assistance for CNC machine tools on-site or by telephone.
Create and update documentation of technical information.
Contribute to product development by assisting and training the end customer's Service Engineers on installing and maintaining newer product lines.
Establish and build exemplary communication and customer service relationships with customers.

Required
Associate's degree or Bachelors in a technical field, trade schools or certificates work too.
2-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
Installation, repairs, etc.
Programming and operating CNC machines with 3,5,7 axis.
Proven ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence (PLC) ladder diagrams.
Preferred
Experience operating or maintaining robotics: Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Haas, Mori Seiki or other machines.
Experience with Siemens controls or Heidenhaim.
