Responsibilities

Serve as lead to assigned customers - complete troubleshooting, installations, validations, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated product lines. Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, while building and fostering positive and professional relationships with both external and internal customers.

Identify business opportunities (PM’s, new Service Plan leads, new system leads) that help us continue to deliver double-digit growth.

Keep up to date on daily administrative responsibilities such as completing work orders, returning parts, following up with customers, etc.

Required

Associate degree with 2+ years of experience troubleshooting or appropriate industry experience or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Biology, or related field is preferred

A valid driver’s license and meeting Molecular Device’s safe driver standards

Travel within the Bay Area and the surrounding areas 15% and up to 20% travel outside the defined territory (Territory includes: Colorado, Oregon, Utah and California)
