Responsibilities
Install, repair, calibrate, clean, and test instruments using logical troubleshooting procedures in a timely manner.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships, discussing needs and ensuring safe operation.
Maintain field parts inventory, testing devices, and tools, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Develop positive partnerships with Sales personnel to anticipate potential customer issues and uncover additional selling opportunities.
Attend and participate in sales presentations within the region.

Required
One-year Field Service Engineer or related experience – prefer medical field
AS – Technical Associates Degree or Electronic Technology Diploma and/or Military experience
Basic troubleshooting experience in: Electromechanical, Networking or IT system upgrades
Have a current driver’s license and a clean driving record for the last 3 yrs., moves equipment up to 50 pounds
Preferred
Proficiency with analyzer network/connectivity setup and support directly to Laboratory Information System/Health Care Information systems
Preferred Comp TI A+ certification
