Responsibilities

Performing process and field services for a wide variety of Pulp & Energy Solutions equipment and products.

Supporting all field service activities, including planned and unplanned maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency assistance.

Completing Start-ups, Shut-downs, commissioning services, Inspections, and Condition assessments.

Working with cutting-edge technology and tools, Maintenance and Service Agreements, Tune-ups, and Outage Planning and execution.

Providing emergency assistance, root cause analysis, and submitting detailed service reports in a timely manner.

Collaborating with Field Service Engineers, Product Engineers, and Sales personnel, and developing relationships with key customers.

May involve travel overseas to support targeted projects.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Travel greater than 50% or more for providing service and following up with customers on a regular basis.

International assignments may be required.

Strong background in Boilers (Chemical Recovery and Power Generation), Woodyard, Evaporation, Lime Kiln, Pulp drying, and Recaust.

Good communication and organizational skills required.

Strong PC skills.
