Responsibilities

Perform on-site repair, preventive maintenance, and qualification of Molecular Spectroscopy instrumentation (FTIR, Raman, UV-Vis)

Work in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions

Track service calls, manage parts inventories, and complete job tasks using customer management software

Inspect malfunctioning products, analyze findings, and recommend repair or replacement

Coordinate problem resolution with engineering and customer service

Analyze technical reports to recommend factory modifications for future issue prevention

Provide training on equipment operations to team members and customers

Demonstrate progression in training and certification for core products

Act as a communication link between the customer and the company
