Responsibilities

Leading the service and maintenance activities of DC Fast Charging station sites for risk mitigation, testing, data collection, corrections, and repair management.

Plan and coordinate major site repairs and improvements.

Audit field maintenance methods and feedback to internal and external partners to improve field maintenance practices' quality, impact, and repeatability.

Develop and support site longitudinal testing activities.

Conduct electrical forensics within the charging station infrastructure.

Scope of work continuous improvement.

Required

Operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medium to high level (480V AC, 500V+ DC)

Must have demonstrated leadership in current/prior roles as this will help coordinate with suppliers, vendors, etc.

Electrical troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Immaculate written and verbal communication

Preferred

Experienced professional service technicians, engineers, and/or electricians with current/prior field operations-related experience in servicing/troubleshooting DC high-voltage (UPS, EV Charging, and/or Solar) environments
