Responsibilities
Coaches and mentors team members to foster growth in knowledge and performance
Direct Manager of approximately ten field service personnel within the US West region
Review work reports and maintain a process that yields a high level of accuracy and timeliness
Supporting Authorized 3rd Party Service entities and other business partners.
Maintaining routine communication and customer relationships.
Monitoring customer sentiment and level of satisfaction.

Required
AA, BS, or equivalent industry experience
Five years of Field Service experience operating on complex equipment
Direct management or supervisory experience, responsible for team performance and development
Able to travel roughly 50%
Preferred
Experience leading field service teams in the lab sciences, capital equipment industry
