Responsibilities
Overseeing and managing the field service operations within the organization
Leading a team of field service technicians
Ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to customers
Scheduling and dispatching technicians
Managing service requests
Coordinating with customers and other departments to facilitate a seamless service experience
Identifying areas of improvement in field service operations
Implementing strategies to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall service quality
Monitoring key performance indicators
Analyzing data
Providing regular reports to senior management

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of previous experience managing field service operations required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
Preferred
Experience with mechanics and/or power generation equipment highly preferred
