Responsibilities

Ensuring instruments are installed and serviced effectively and efficiently in supported clinics.

Resolving any service-related issues, in compliance with commercial, quality, & regulatory obligations.

Establishing and supporting a Service relationship with customers, working closely with our service partners.

Update, improve, create, and manage documentation relating to instrument servicing.

Provide assistance & technical support regarding Genea's biomedical instruments to Service Engineers. This may at times require travel to IVF clinics around the world.

Travel as a Field Service Engineer to support and maintain clinical equipment.

Assist with systems and processes relating to stock handling, stock management and warranty.

Assist with training and preparations related to training (e.g. materials, equipment).

Drive quality improvement initiatives and exceed customer expectations.

Support North America commercial activities.
