Responsibilities
Travel to customer locations within the USA to service and maintain Analytical X-ray Equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical issues.
Install and modify system software as required.
Provide preliminary troubleshooting and diagnostics via phone.
Train customers on alignment and use of Analytical Systems.
Install X-ray Generators, Optics, Detection Devices, and Cryo systems.
Maintain, update, and repair installed systems.
Complete and submit detailed weekly reports on customer issues.
Use the company's service database for documenting service work.
Maintain and update customer profiles as needed.
Submit weekly expense reports.
Qualification

Required
Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent training.
Valid Driver's License.
Valid Passport.
Ability to obtain security clearance for customer and governmental facilities.
Preferred
Previous service experience.
Experience with Thin Film and Metrology equipment.
