Responsibilities
Support the overall technical needs of customers and sales team.
Provide customers with details on facility requirements for machine installation.
Be on-site for machine deliveries to ensure proper placement.
Install machines and accessories, including assembly, leveling, aligning, and commissioning.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, software, and other equipment.
Provide training to customers on equipment functions and proper use.
Visit existing customers to ensure satisfaction with machine tools after installation.

Required
Located in or around the San Jose / Bay Area
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, controls and/or network systems
Ability to precisely read and follow blueprints and electrical schematics
Maintain a positive, professional attitude and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
Highly motivated, self-starter that takes initiative and works well independently and with others
Up to 90% travel may be required for this position
