Responsibilities

Tactical support of RFx events, including:

Ariba tool setup and management

Supplier technical support

Document management

RFx event monitoring, ensuring timelines and deliverables are supported

Scheduling and day to day communications with both internal and supplier partners

Initial pricing and financial analyses and consolidation for Category Manager review

Project reporting and data entry, as required

Contract administration including drafting, routing and storage process

Document management support

Consolidation, reporting and project management of tactical procurement efforts

Managing Supplier onboarding efforts, as required

Required

Approximately 7+ years of experience in Procurement

Significant experience with sourcing process and the RFP process

Strong communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation skills

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Understanding of procurement and sourcing techniques and supply chain management

Experience in procurement or purchasing

Must have recent sourcing/procurement experience

Must be able to support EST, CST, & PST timezones

Attention to detail - 7+ years of experience

Documentation of Processes - 7+ years of experience

Preferred

Degrees or certifications in a related field
