Responsibilities

Use data analysis skills to compile and analyze financial information and trends for the assigned organization and communicate results and recommendations to management and the business.

Work with the team to develop and maintain processes and reports to track key business metrics.

Contribute to the enhancement of policies, procedures, and business practices that improve efficiency within the finance function and the business.

Develop and maintain integrated financial statement plans and forecasts using detailed financial metric modeling and analytics.

Required

You hold a Bachelor’s degree, Finance or Accounting concentration preferred, along with 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst role.

You have a strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting/budgeting practice.

You have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as strong analytical skills.

You understand core finance business processes that allow you to ensure timely delivery of financial results including Quarterly Business Reviews, close processes, SOX controls, and Audit.

Preferred

Experience with Adaptive a plus.
