Responsibilities

Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts

Analyze financial performance and variances, and offer data driven business insight to key stakeholders

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages for management

Support strategic planning and decision-making by providing financial analysis and modeling

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives

Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis for management

Support the maintenance of financial databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information

Work closely with leadership to help drive insights around department-specific financial reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in finance

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience using accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
