Responsibilities

Perform full cycle accounting and month-end close, including transaction entry, reconciliations, and posting journal entries.

Perform AP and AR recurring processes and support the company with efficient financial operations.

Provide knowledge and expertise in applying ASC 606 and other technical accounting relevant to a SaaS company.

Financial reporting for internal and external parties.

Support the CEO and others with forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling.

Support the development and implementation of financial KPIs.

Collaborate with the CEO on commission plans, annual bonuses, compensation adjustments, and other compensation matters.

Collaborate with our CEO and legal counsel on customer and vendor contracting.

Process payroll through our PEO.

Collaborate with managers and IT on onboarding and offboarding employees.

With the support of our PEO and tax CPAs, address non-income tax compliance and tax filings.
