Responsibilities

Partner with Finance and business partners across HR to provide support to the business, including budget, forecast, and close

Build analysis to provide insights for budget, forecast, and ad hoc projects

Manage headcount, including regular reporting to drive business decisions

Required

High school diploma or GED required.

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

Experience supporting senior-level business partners.

Experience with FP&A, including supporting a business.

Preferred

HR finance experience preferred, but not required.

Associate's degree in accounting or related financial discipline preferred.
