Responsibilities

Manage client commercial conversations including contract management, pricing, reporting, and ad-hoc needs

Manage the client P&L including monthly forecast and actuals reconciliation. Present the monthly forecast to executive management and utilize to manage and approve costs including staffing, intercompany transfers, and accrual management

Ensuring we are contractually compliant with the ongoing reporting requirements

Financially manage the U.S. fee file to track signed projects to budget and proactively address staffing gaps

Utilize Fee File management to work cross-functionally to price projects

Provide guidance on key cost initiatives and reporting

Ensure contractual compliance of all financial obligations to each international client, often dealing with external & internal auditors and client procurement teams.

Ensure that commentary on outstanding balances are updated on a monthly basis and actioned in a timely manner.
