Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage the company’s financial strategy to support organizational objectives.

Analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions.

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.

Lead and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Analyze expenses and lead cost-saving initiatives to enhance financial performance and efficiency.

Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.

Identify financial and operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Implement and monitor internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and security of financial data.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Lead initiatives to optimize the use of Deltek software for financial reporting and analysis.

Assist with the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns, including sales tax, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
