Responsibilities

Ensure appropriate planning of project related activity and assignment of such to integration project team members.

Manage effectively within the project governance structure and partner closely with other project members and the relevant integration project manager.

Accounting procedure – understand such activities as annual cost roll, budgeting / projection and month end close. Introduce and train new entity to the Stryker standard financial reporting process.

Liaise with Commercial Finance on the financial statement classifications.

Setup of new entity codes, cost centers and mapping of local accounts to HFM.

Rollout of internal accounting standard and guidelines as set by Stryker Compliance

Support with consolidation and financial reporting including implementation of Stryker policies and procedures.

Tracking of all project related spend.

Ad-hoc Finance tasks throughout the integration project as needed.

Required

Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience

8+ years of prior relevant experience with an accounting background

Preferred

Preferably worked on integration accounting

Experience with accounting processes and financial internal controls

Experienced with the use of various accounting platforms

Commercial awareness and experience interacting with cross functional teams across a global organization
