Responsibilities

Finance Manager will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations

Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts

Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company's financial stability

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making

Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

As a Finance Manager, you will ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
