Responsibilities

Own the New Product Introduction (NPI) and Pricing Reviews for the ONTAP offerings, partnering with Product Management, Pricing, Procurement, and Program Management. Provide in-depth margin and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis

Lead the quarterly product financial performance reviews and compare Key Performance Metrics (Volume, Average Selling Price, Average Capacity, Product Margin) with original assumptions to drive business accountability

Assist with management reporting – analyzing financial results, distilling/synthesizing key trends and helping build presentations with key business insights for senior leadership

Other ad-hoc projects or activities to provide FP&A support

Assist in analyzing and developing biz review packages to help report out current quarter financials to the Product Leadership Team

Required

12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field

Strong financial/analytical skills with proven capabilities in developing complex financial models, and a track record of driving process improvements

Experience in business partnering and presenting to an executive audience. Prior experience with product launches a plus

Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, and modeling in Excel

Systems experience including Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, and business analytics a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with competing priorities
