Responsibilities
Build and implement new processes to enhance financial governance and operational efficiency across the US entity.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and US-GAAP accounting standards, while maintaining high accuracy in financial reporting.
Oversee and manage US tax regulations, including registrations and filings, to ensure compliance with all local laws.
Support operations with strong knowledge of inventory management and production processes, ensuring financial accuracy and control.
Handle sales and service controlling to provide insights and recommendations for driving financial performance.
Leverage expertise in ERP systems such as SAP and QuickBooks to streamline financial operations and reporting.
Ensure compliance with SOX/ JSOX requirements, including thorough documentation and internal controls.
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial objectives and reporting requirements.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of building processes, leading teams, and managing financial governance.
Deep understanding of IFRS and US-GAAP accounting standards.
Strong experience with US tax regulations and filings.
Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and QuickBooks.
Experience in SOX/ JSOX compliance.
Excellent multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong operational understanding of inventory management and production.
Experience managing payroll, controlling, and key stakeholder relationships.
Team-oriented mindset with a proven ability to execute and troubleshoot effectively.
Preferred
Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
