Responsibilities
Develop and update existing and further develop our comprehensive three-statement financial statement and models including detailed analysis surrounding projected sales, revenue recognition (including booked vs. earned revenue), capital expenditures, and headcount and non-headcount expenses (i.e. COGS, S&M, R&D, G&A, etc.)
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to provide to leadership and board members with visibility into business performance
Collaborate cross-functionally to create data dashboards, budgets and forecasts that align with strategic growth objectives and used to hold SimpliFed team accountable to meet our goals. This includes data analysis and dashboard financial, clinical, marketing/sales, and operational metrics.
Oversee finance operations workstreams
Partner with the CEO on board package preparation, investor relations, and fundraising activities
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to build dedicated data models and reporting that support critical business processes and goals
Drive operational efficiency by identifying areas for process improvement and recommending highly scalable solutions
Overall support on strategic initiatives critical to SimpliFed’s growth and success

Required
1-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or working in a finance and operations role.
Desire to work cross-functionally and support strategic initiatives across all parts of the business.
Experience working with Senior and C-level executives, with the ability to influence and drive initiatives.
Strong financial acumen with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development.
Advanced Excel, GSheets, and SQL skills.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Quick learner who is excited about acquiring new skills and supporting a wide range of activities across the business.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to work remotely and communicate asynchronously via slack and email, along with thrive in virtual meetings.
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
Preferred
Healthcare and startup experience.
Ideally, fluency in SQL and hands-on experience with Python or R.
