Responsibilities

Engage and drive continuous collaboration with key internal stakeholders, to understand, analyze, and document business reporting needs and objectives.

Translate on a prioritized basis business objectives and needs into detailed and actionable requirements then into supporting functional and technical design specifications.

Work closely with Hydro’s development team to validate requirements are successfully developed, meeting requirement and design intent.

Use knowledge of business processes, systems, and industry standards to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Help design the vision and blueprint of the Finance team’s data framework.

Prepare and/or participate in reviews of conceptual mock-ups (Wire Frames) to drive target state Reporting requirements and design.

Occasional travel required.

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years' experience leading architecture and design with a strong focus on Business Analysis and Data Architecture.

Deep financial acumen with hands-on end-to-end business domain knowledge in Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes (SAP S4/Hana preferred, Oracle experience a bonus).

Must be familiar working within an Agile SCRUM environment.

Proven experience in business process analysis, data analysis, and problem-solving.

Proficiency in Microsoft BI tools for the purpose of understanding and conveying the feasibility and impact of potential solutions.
