Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial plans for clients by following the Conway Wealth process.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and adjustments to their financial plans as needed.
Lead and develop strategies to engage with the next generation of clients, providing them with financial education, guidance, and advisory services.
Actively participate in the development and execution of business development strategies, including identifying opportunities for growth, attending networking events, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with our investment team to implement investment strategies aligned with clients' goals, values, and interests.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the provision of financial advisory services.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and changes in financial regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Required
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and advisory services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of investment strategies and financial products.
Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and compliance with regulations.
Preferred
Prior experience with custodians (i.e., Fidelity) a plus
