Responsibilities

This role maintains an existing book of business and prospects for new opportunities.

Grow and develop business, add to the firm’s assets under management and drive revenue growth.

Create and execute marketing plans to drive new client relationships. Advisors are expected to leverage referrals, existing network, and outbound relationship building tactics to connect and onboard new clients to Strive’s Wealth Management platform.

Utilize the firm’s full suite of wealth management capabilities to ensure that clients’ investment objectives and goals are met.

Work closely with the firm's financial planning team to develop individually tailored financial plans based on a client’s goals, objectives, and risk profile.

Effectively service client relationships by staying informed of each client’s financial situation and responding to any changes that affect the client’s investment goals and objectives.

Required

Existing book of business required.

At least 3 to 7 years of experience as an advisor at a reputable RIA, Bank or Brokerage firm.

Strong communication and analytical skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, demonstrate initiative, and good judgment coupled with the ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Able to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks to ensure clients’ requests are completed in a timely manner.

Required licenses: you must have either: Series 66 license, or Series 65 license

Bachelor’s degree
