Responsibilities

Develop client pipeline by leveraging natural market, prospecting, networking, engaging in community initiatives, centers of influence and developing niches.

Conduct and/or participate in client and prospect meetings to present a personalized approach to providing customized solutions tailored to each individual's long-term financial goals and objectives.

Execute trades to align with proposed portfolio.

Complete required program training and assignments, obtains mandatory industry licenses (Life and Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) within prescribed timeframes, masters assessments.

Meet minimum performance and production targets as set by the practice.

Adhere to the policies and procedures as directed by the practice.

Create a referral-based process to build your clientele.

Ongoing self-education of all requirements and components of Ameriprise products and services.

Candidates are expected to have a strong network of qualified prospects.

3+ years of sales experience.

Motivated to pursue continuing education for additional credentials.

Ability to relocate to Middletown, CT before starting work.
