Responsibilities
Provides financial analysis and supports ongoing operational initiatives.
Generates standard and ad hoc reports, applies judgment, and explains operational information.
Supports ongoing initiatives, develops metrics, and tools for accountability.
Identifies issues, root causes, and makes recommendations for resolution.
Coordinates with management and field divisions for process improvements.
Translates system data into understandable solutions for stakeholders.
Manages special financial projects to meet objectives.
Contributes to the design and implementation of best practices and training materials.
Regularly interacts with field controllership group and Corporate departments.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required
Experience with analyzing data from various source systems.
Experience with Oracle, Tango, and LQ systems.
Ability to generate macros using Excel and/or SQL in order to streamline repetitive tasks or reporting as requested by management.
Ability to effectively and coherently convey financial information to senior leadership in order to assist with decision making.
Demonstrates analytical/problem-solving solutions and ability to generate and offer solutions independently.
Ability to effectively manage multiple activities or sources of information.
Understanding of SOX requirements.
Intermediate or expert level knowledge of MS Excel.
Minimum of 1 year of financial analysis, accounting or business analysis experience.
