Responsibilities

Conduct financial, operational, and other analyses under the direction of senior colleagues
Create and populate templates for analysis, reporting, and analysis
Assist leaders in researching and identifying necessary analysis and insights from analysis.
Generate monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports
Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal and documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.
Support team’s efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity.
Organize and maintain team data collection, reporting, and communication.
Establish relationships with global Work Dynamics Legal, Risk Management, HR, Finance, Commercial, Communications, and other teams to ensure engagement of appropriate parties throughout each priority initiative.
Support special projects and other functions as required to advanced the objectives of the team

Introductory experience with and knowledge of core real estate service functions. Ability to understand the Work Dynamics business as well as the broader real estate landscape and key trends
Proven ability to connect across a broad set of stakeholders
