Responsibilities

Develop Delivery Orders in SAP : Regular updates on a weekly and bi-weekly basis.

Invoice Creation : Development of invoices following U.S. government templates and submission guidelines.

Collaboration with MS Fed : Coordinating with the MS Fed team to ensure the submission and payment of invoices are handled efficiently.

Budget Management : Using tools like Mercury and RIM to manage financial aspects of the internal team’s budget.

Financial Oversight : Monitoring all elements of the financials from customer contracts.

Independent Task Completion : Carrying out all these tasks autonomously with limited supervision.
