Responsibilities
Support financial rhythms including monthly forecasts, variance analysis, management reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.
Gather data, work with spreadsheets and financial models, and develop a solid understanding of the relevant functional area.
Provide input into financial statement analysis and decision-making processes.
Identify areas for process improvement and provide ideas to leaders.
Cultivate finance/business relationships, respond to evolving priorities, and understand the impacts of decisions on key stakeholders.

Required
6 months or more of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Basic proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel)
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
High level of ethics, integrity, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and cross-functional team environment
Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Sumifs, Pivottables)
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with ability to spot and resolve issues
Proactive, self-starter who can work independently within set objectives
