Responsibilities
Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring, and creating financial models for decision support.
Respond rapidly to ad hoc requests for financial information and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various operational reporting needs, ensuring comprehensive data integration across departments.
Directly address the specific operational and financial reporting needs of leadership, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of critical data and analysis.
Prepare presentations to Senior Management Team.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with historical trends, external competition and internal benchmarking.
Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA/CPA) is a plus.
2+ years’ experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role
Experience in database query languages such as SQL
Experience with financial planning software and BI tools (e.g., SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
Advanced knowledge of Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas), financial modeling, and statistical analysis
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively interact with senior executives, external advisors, and other outside parties
Extremely strong sense of teamwork and ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extremely well organized and detail-oriented to ensure deadlines are met
