Responsibilities
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and improve performance.
Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and forecasts for budgeting, financial planning, and strategic planning.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior management.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Perform variance analysis between budgeted and actual financials, and propose corrective actions as necessary.
Assist in evaluating financial results and suggesting improvements to operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., accounting, operations, sales) to gather financial data and align financial goals.
Prepare financial presentations for executives, highlighting key insights and performance metrics.
Support the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in financial regulations that may affect financial forecasting and planning.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial analysis software (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Experience with data visualization and advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, macros).
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience working with remote teams or in a remote capacity.
Certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of financial software platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is desirable.
