Responsibilities
Gather data and collaborate with stakeholders to build reporting dashboards for strategic decision-making.
Offer data and recommendations for operational improvements and cost-cutting endeavors.
Assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support SOX control and internal audits to demonstrate commitment to financial integrity.
Manage capital asset approval procedures for proper control and documentation.
Prepare financial metrics, reports, and variance analysis on a monthly basis to contribute to financial transparency.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate requirements across departments
