Responsibilities
Collecting data, conducting complex analyses, and interpreting results to assess impact on the organization.
Preparing reports to support management team decision-making and enhance finance organization capability.
Preparing analysis to identify improvement opportunities and integrating with new or existing systems.
Performing collection activities, payment allocation, research, and reporting tasks.

Required
3-5 years’ experience in finance/accounting with data analysis focus.
Financial systems experience including SQL and/or relational databases, data modeling, and report building required.
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting required.
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices.
Strong financial and analytical skills with an understanding of accounts receivable and collections.
Demonstrated project management skills.
System savvy.
Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to recognize, schedule and manage priorities.
Ability to multi-task and work independently within specific timeframes and deadlines.
Ability to quickly learn new things and adapt to change.
Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines to share knowledge with others.
Ability to work in a dynamic, non-routine environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Products (Outlook; Word; PowerPoint; TEAMS).
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills; Power BI preferred.
Preferred
A solid understanding of accounts receivable and collections is preferred.
Insurance industry experience preferred.
Project Management skills a plus!
