Responsibilities
Weekly revenue tracking and recording in QuickBooks
Reconciling month-end revenue with the Director of Marketing and customers
Assist in the month-end closing, as needed
Monthly analysis compared to budget, prior month, and prior year
Co-ordinate preparation of the annual budget
Organize annual audit request lists
Work with operations on continuous improvement of revenue tracking systems
Respond to ad hoc requests

Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or similar
3-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to document and implement processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience working with QuickBooks or similar software
Strategic thinker with an independent and can do attitude
Ability to lead and drive projects
Ability or experience working with remote teams
