Responsibilities
Utilize reporting tools necessary to perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks including all available technology.
Assist in implementing new tools, reports, and technology to analyze and report data needs within banking, credit cards, and financial trends.
Develop, maintain, and support standard reporting templates and those that support financial results.
Provide timely feedback to management on financial analysis for individual hotels, regions, or entire portfolios as assigned by management.
Assist with employee expense reimbursement system (Concur Solutions) including set-ups, changes, and report generation.
Support Shared Services accountants while learning their responsibilities and acting as the primary backup.
Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear and precise data analysis.
Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
Practice safe work habits.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualification

Required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
1-2 years of previous experience in accounting or finance preferred.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills with Excel.
