Responsibilities

Assist with financial analysis and preparation of upcoming labor contracts, including hourly compensation, benefits, incentives, holidays, and other terms.

Develop and manage various financial reports, including variance and trend analysis.

Support in developing labor contract budgeting/forecasting tools and processes.

Provide analytical support to management across functions like Human Resources, Operations, and Finance.

Ensure data integrity in financial forecasting and reporting, collaborating with various teams.

Make financial recommendations considering business goals, industry factors, and talent retention.

Identify trends, create a competitive environment, and present findings to senior management.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
