Responsibilities
Prepare financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting documents and presentations.
Support reporting needs of the business throughout the month, including month-end and quarter-end processes.
Review orders, orders gross margin, and provide analysis for business performance.
Participate in project and service order reviews, evaluate cost, margin, and financial execution for improvement.
Work with cost center managers to analyze and improve cost positions, provide reporting in utilization and absorption.
Participate in monthly/quarterly closing process, review financials, and make required adjustments per US GAAP.
Work with operations and sales managers to review outstanding AR or AP and provide actions for improvement.
Assist in improving key KPIs like OCF or NWC, optimize performance by developing automated solutions.
Establish and oversee processes to obtain transparent and reliable financial data, identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the controller in adherence to corporate governance, internal control, and business-specific finance directives.
Perform required controls in GCRM, assist in compliance and internal control measures.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
Microsoft Office experience, specifically excel or BI reporting
Good analytical & communication skills
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
Preferred
2 or more years related experience preferred, but not required
SAP or other finance related tools experience good to have
